our beautiful king room was super clean, with a cool, relaxing vibe. ashwani from housekeeping did a great job keeping our room perfect every day. the hotel staff are polite, pay attention, and are professional!

dirty carpetbathroom walls
the room was not clean. the bathroom walls were filthy and the carpet seemed quite dirty (i did notify staff, but nothing changed). the duvet cover also had some marks on it, disappointing.
