Excellent Location and Friendly Staff

The breakfast spread was neat. It became available from 6:30 to 10:30 AM every morning. I stayed for several nights and thoroughly enjoyed the hotel. The staff are polite, courteous and always available to help you. The hotel's location is strategic. You will find numerous restaurants nearby to sample local cuisine.
The hotel rooms could use some modernization. The furnishings felt a bit dated.

The room was spacious, clean, and included basic amenities. It. The beds were comfortable and allowed for restful nights, so I slept well. The room was well-kept.

The metro station is a short walk from the hotel. It took me only five minutes. The swimming pool is located on the roof top. It was quiet. LuLu Hypermarket is right outside the hotel, very convenient.

The hotel is strategically located near a metro station. This makes transportation very easy. Burjuman shopping mall is nearby with lots of stores in it. I found everything I needed. Connectivity across the area is good.

fantastic stay!
central locationfriendly stafffurniture upgrade
i enjoyed the central location near the metro station it made getting around super easy there is also a supermarket nearby for convenience. the staff were friendly and helpful especially with luggage assistance i found this a real plus. the strong water pressure and efficient water heater made showering a real pleasure i always appreciate these little things. it was a budget-friendly stay near burjuman station i was very happy with the value i received.
the room's furniture seemed a bit old i think an upgrade would really enhance the overall experience .

the hotel offers a pool area that includes twenty loungers with a shaded section perfect. the gym has three treadmills and two stationary bikes allowing guests to maintain their fitness routines while traveling i found this feature very useful.

staff were available to store luggage after check-out making it easier to explore without being weighed down and i really appreciated this service. the reception area provided a comfortable space while waiting and it allowed for needs to be attended to efficiently i found this very helpful.

the room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower ensuring convenience and comfort after a long day and i found it very refreshing. the room's amenities are arranged thoughtfully and this ensured a stay that was both convenient and relaxing i enjoyed this very much.

France, Mahmoud, and Aboud gave me great assistance . The restaurant staff was very good, and I enjoyed the food. Afzal spoke with me every day about my tour and health, and I appreciate him. Huraira and Samara provided great hospitality. They were always friendly.
The gym was small, and it only had two treadmills working. This was a slight inconvenience when I wanted to exercise.

The Executive Suite was large, and it included a separate living area. The bathroom provided both a shower and a bathtub, very useful. There was also a mini-fridge to store drinks.
