i found the staff very helpful . prabin, nandhini, and steven gave excellent service. they were professional, attentive, and consistently helpful. parking was easy to access, and a supermarket within the loop added great convenience .
the check-in process did not accommodate my specific requests upon arrival. there was no complimentary water in the room.
