uncomfortable bedbasic food
the bed was far from comfortable , and the shower design allowed water to flood the bathroom floor. i could hear everything from adjacent rooms , including showers and conversations. the food was basic and lacked quality , a significant letdown. the doors were malfunctioning upon arrival , directing us through inconvenient manual routes. there was no information readily available about dining options or hotel activities.

uneven experience, some concerns about quality
broken air conditionerthin walls
I found several issues. the air conditioning in my room wasn't working properly, it only blew hot air. i asked about it, but nothing changed. also, the walls felt thin. I could hear a lot of noise from the next room, especially at night and the food quality was also dissapointing with the meat in the buffet being of bad quality, i had to eat only potatoes for dinner.

Fantastic Beach Proximity and Friendly Staff

During my visit, the location proved very convenient. The beach was a short walk away. The hotel cleaning was consistent and thorough. The staff demonstrated friendliness (some even stood out with their really good service!). I appreciated the fresh omelets made to order.

Staff responded quickly and respectfully to all requests. The hotel provides beach towels for a €10 deposit, refunded upon return. I found that very helpful for beach days. The front desk staff was knowledgeable.

A bus stop is conveniently situated directly outside the hotel, providing simple access to Palma and the airport. This made transport easy and cost-effective. Several souvenir shops and supermarkets were also located nearby.

The breakfast buffet included a wide variety of food choices. Something for everyone. Fresh pancakes and omelets were available each morning. The evening buffet was a particularly good value at €20, with unlimited food (it tasted amazing!).

WOW, WHAT a fantastic stay!

The hotel transfer from the airport was SO short. I Pre-booked a cab and got to the hotel super fast. Check-in staff was lovely I must say, and the room was amazing. The beds were really comfy after a long day.

The breakfast was excellent AND had fresh honeycomb available. I think even picky eaters can find several high-quality choices they will enjoy. I also had coffee at the bar which came with mini pastries, a very NICE touch.

The check-in staff were really lovely and very helpful. which I appreciated. The hotel stored backpacks for a small fee. It was very CONVENIENT.

Acceptable Stay with a Couple of Issues
nice sea viewsmall roomawful coffee
the sea view was a definite plus, giving a nice backdrop to my stay.
I found the room size rather small. There was hardly enough space for luggage, this made moving around difficult, also, the breakfast buffet wasn't great as the coffee was from a machine, and it tasted quite awful, i tried all types, but none were good.
