the hotel is very close to the avenue de champagne and the city center. many restaurants are nearby. the hotel also has a nice champagne bar.
The room felt a bit austere. there was a small electric radiator. I wasn't sure the room would be heated well. the lack of a small water bottle was disappointing.

i found the staff very friendly and helpful. they recommended and booked us a restaurant for the evening. i also loved how cute they were to our dog and how convenient the location was.
i noticed strong cooking smells in the morning, starting at 7:00 am.

the hotel is located in the center, near shops , restaurants, and parks. it is also located almost opposite l'avenue d'champagne, that has a long road of champagne houses. it is close to champagne tasting venues.

the room was very clean and the bathroom was also very nice. i found the room to be comfortably and well appointed. i was warmly welcomed upon arrival and kept well informed by all members of staff.

I appreciated the location next to Avenue de Champagne. MANY restaurants were nearby. The staff was pleasant, and the rooms were spacious. The bathroom was nice and clean. I parked in the nearby underground public parking for around 16 euros per 24 hours.

the location was convenient to the avenue of champagne and nearby attractions
my room felt very bare and uninviting it lacked any personal touches or warmth the tile flooring added to the cold atmosphere additionally i found the strong cooking smells early in the morning quite disruptive and unpleasant it seeped into the room making it hard to ignore the overall experience fell short of expectations for a hotel of this supposed caliber
