Wonderful Experience at This Hotel!!!
thorough security convenient location spacious room
I felt safe because security was thorough. I found the ferry terminal to Zanzibar conveniently located across the road. My room was spacious, and the bathroom featured a modern design with a window into the bedroom. The rooftop restaurant provided great quality food at reasonable prices.
The hygiene products in my room were expired. They were two years old! This caused skin irritation for me. I would have expected them to check such details more carefully. It was a disappointing oversight.

Really good Service and Great Amenities
amazing stay breakfast selection elegant hotel
The hotel staff provided amazing service from arrival to departure. Breakfast offered many options in two different locations. I found a well-managed and elegant hotel in a vibrant city. The staff demonstrated great attention to detail.
I experienced some issues with expired hygiene products in the room. These products caused some skin irritation for me. There was no immediate support provided to address this.

The hotel is located at the heart of the city providing good access to various destinations. The Indian Ocean is opposite the hotel which houses a port. This provides an lovely experience to water lovers.
