i enjoyed the free dc ev charging it was very fast. my room had a spacious layout and a comfortable bed. the staff was friendly and efficient throughout the hotel they really tried hard to help.
the bar food was not great the menu was limited. the gym got crowded with younger people who seemed to be lifting too much weight. the windows were thin and i could hear motorway noise at night it was annoying.

mixed experience with some issues
non-functioning phoneflooded bathroom
the lodge lacked a working phone despite assurances from staff. a phone was installed the next day but it never functioned. also the bathroom in the king bed suite flooded each time the shower was used. we used all our towels to mop it up and while maintenance did come twice, replacing the towels took until the last night

The room was very clean. My wife enjoyed a massage and felt relaxed afterward (I think she nearly fell asleep!).
The bar food was not great. The same menu was available all day. I found this limiting since I stayed for two nights, ordering multiple meals from the same options.
