average stay needs improvement
the breakfast service was a mess i often had to wait a long time to get coffee staff seemed too busy to clear tables promptly dirty dishes sat around for ages it felt unhygienic i saw servers reuse utensils from dirty tables

inconsistent tea service poor service
the bed was super comfortable and the pillows also.
The tea and coffee service at breakfast was inconsistent. Some days it was offered, other days it was hard to get. i overheard a staff member swearing and he served breakfast poorly. it was not a great experience..

i encountered some issues . breakfast proved problematic as our inclusion was repeatedly questioned. this resulted in unnecessary frustration and embarrassment as our payment was challenged publicly, despite prior confirmation.

I found parking facilities to be helpful. i also appreciated the pool. It was clean. breakfast was also good with many options. the staff are very polite.
the gym can be a little crowded during peak hours. i found waiting for equipment sometimes frustrating.

twin room clean room comfy bed hot room noisy staff midnight bar
i stayed in a twin room. the room was perfectly clean. the bed was very comfy.
my room was too hot. staff were noisy on the corridors early in the morning. the residents' bar closes at midnight.
