inconsistent service and design flaws.
convenient locationelectrical designmassage service
the location was convenient. it allowed easy access to the ferry terminal.
the main light in the room could only be turned off by switching off all the lights. night lights were useless unless the main light was on. the massage service was disappointing. i received no callback after attempting to book.

complicated instructionsjunior staff
The breakfast selection was really disappointing. the instructions for the kettle were overly complicated. It was frustrating just trying to boil water. also, some of the junior staff members struggled with basic english, made communication difficult. this caused some minor inconveniences .

The hotel is conveniently located near the ferry terminal. this made trips to the islands straightforward. the room included pajamas. It was a pleasant touch.
The restaurant lacked variety for breakfast. they were frequently out of bread. instructions for the in-room kettle were confusing. I struggled with it
