Solid City Stay

clean roomconvenient locationaccommodating staffredundant process
The room was clean. The provided tea and coffee in the room was a nice touch. I found the location to be convenient, especially with its proximity to transport links. The staff were accommodating, so I was grateful for their service.
The check-in process felt redundant. I had already checked in online, but I still had to queue and repeat the process in person, a bit annoying.

Facilities

We loved them. but the shower was amazing!
The corridor carpet had a small stain near the elevator. It was barely noticeable.

the room was quite spacious. it had comfortable beds and plenty of extra towels were available. the staff was friendly and polite to me.
i found the hotel a little tired. some of the bathroom fittings seemed loose and potentially dangerous. it felt more like a budget hotel experience despite the premium price.
