clean rooms helpful recommendations
the rooms are very clean, i saw this clearly. the owners provided helpful recommendations, something i appreciated. the location was also great, with access to nearby attractions. the continental breakfast had good value for money.

courtyard garden colorful room
the courtyard garden was beautifully secluded and peaceful. the owners were lovely and seemed to genuinely care about our experience. i particularly appreciated the colorful room decor, it added such a bright touch and created a vibrant atmosphere. the location proved excellent, a short walk to everything i wanted to see.

the hotel is set right on the beach with easy access to tom's walk. i could walk to cafes and restaurants, a really lovely advantage. the proximity to the shoreline was very special.

charming getaway
perfect location sheltered space friendly atmosphere
the location was perfect, offering easy access to both the town center and the seal colony. the courtyard provided a lovely, sheltered space with ample seating . i enjoyed the friendly and cute atmosphere created by the owners. i appreciated the free parking available next to the hotel, a definite plus.
I found the water from the guest water fountain had an unusual taste. A filter change might be needed.

superb courtyard views
great location garden vista cute host
The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the dolphin encounter. the room faced the courtyard. The garden offered a great view. john was an absolute star. We shared a love for rugby, it was awesome. i cannot praise the hotel enough.
the bar and sitting area remained closed from 7 pm. this made it difficult to relax in the evenings (it was a shame). i think it should be open later.

Okay stay with some drawbacks

The location is very convenient. It is just a short walk into town. The hotel has a nice private garden courtyard at the rear . I found free parking available alongside the hotel (which was definitely a plus).
The breakfast was not great. It included tinned fruit and thin slices of ham and cheese (kept in a fridge). The room was quite small, difficult with luggage. The bar and sitting area remained closed from 7 pm onwards.

garden courtyard pleasant host ideal location tidy space nowhere space damp towels
The location was ideal near the sea and the main attractions. John went out of his way to keep the place pleasant and tidy. I appreciated the lovely meandering garden courtyard created between the rooms. It felt much nicer than motels with carparks right outside each room.
The room had nowhere to put anything. I only saw two hooks on the wall to hang clothes. The severe condensation on the windows was also an issue , the towels were damp in the bathroom.
