a GEM in Central Location
beautiful grounds included breakfast central location
i LOVED the beautiful grounds with several pools to relax. The breakfast included EVERYTHING i could imagine. The hotel is close to everything so it was quite CONVENIENT.
i noticed a SLIGHT sewage smell in the bathroom at times.

the beautiful pool view room was VERY spacious and clean. the toilet included both a bathtub and a standing shower. an indoor balcony also added a nice touch.

the hotel offers a free shuttle service around the area. multiple pools provide a refreshing escape. the spa offers amazing services with hot stone massage available.

the breakfast buffet had lots of choices that changed daily. super fresh eggs and fruit were available. homemade Restaurant had a large menu and good cocktails.

old slippers poor tea
The location was acceptable. The hotel offered a shuttle for rides nearby.
The airport pickup was disappointing. I booked transport for IDR600000, but another option existed for IDR500000 and they didn't tell me. The room cleaning wasn't GREAT. They provided old slippers to new guests, citing an 'eco' policy, yet the slippers felt disposable. Breakfast options lacked variety, and the tea tasted BAD.

decent stay with some issues
old slippers subpar cleaning
the location is quite convenient, providing easy access to nearby restaurants and bars. i suppose that's something.
i found the room cleaning to be pretty subpar. they gave me old slippers, claiming it was due to some eco policy. the slippers looked like something meant for a single use. hygiene matters a lot more to me, especially now.
