I was quite disappointed by the dim lighting in the outdoor bathroom. It made showering at night a bit of a challenge. also the breakfast could have been better. cold poached eggs and avocado toast isn't exactly my idea of a great start to the day

the hotel grounds were beautiful and near to the beach, i appreciated that. some staff members was very helpful. they assist me with renew my tourist visa, and contact a visa agent at night.
my bungalow felt dark and it wasn't clean. shower drain was very gross and bath mats are sandy. lighting in the outdoor bathroom felt dim.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. The location is directly on the beach, perfect for snorkeling, I also enjoyed the Balinese dance performance, which happens twice a week, it was very good. Warungs are located nearby.
The electric light in the bungalow was weak. I found it difficult to see things on the table at night.

The room was cleaned daily and the mini bar was restocked daily. The provided water was replenished frequently. The room had good air conditioning, important for the Bali climate.
