the staff were attentive. the room was clean.
the lighting was insufficient. i found only one setting. the ambience was poor. the room shared a wooden wall with the restaurant. there was a lot of noise.

I was impressed with the helpful service and beautiful design. The traditional Balinese architecture created a peaceful atmosphere. Morning yoga sessions provided a good start to the day. Breakfast included five different choices, all delicious.

tough skewers poor omelette
The staff was helpful. the main restaurant offers a view of the valley.
the food was not good. The meat skewers were almost inedible, very tough. the omelette at breakfast was also poorly made. there was no response from the management regarding our complaint.

helpful staff rainforest view room decoration expensive massage bland food high price
the staff provided umbrellas when it rained. they met us at our taxi. the room had complimentary bali coffee. floral decoration celebrated our honeymoon. the restaurant and pool area displayed rainforest views.
the food seemed overpriced. a massage cost 650-700k. a normal beer was 50/60k while elsewhere it was half the price. the pizza crust was like a cracker. the carbonara was bland. i thought i paid european prices for subpar food.

shuttle services yoga class high price subpar food
the yoga morning class it was really nice. i enjoyed the shuttle services because is convenient to go in the center. it was a very careful staff and we spent a very nice stay.
to be honest, the food felt overpriced. the prices there compared to anywhere else were not cheap. i was like i was paying european prices for subpar food.
