mostly adequate stay
safe code early check-in body lotion poor wi-fi needed maintenance uninviting area
i stayed in a private plunge pool villa. the villa included a safe with programmable code. body lotion was available if needed for sunburn treatment. staff provided early check-in.
the wi-fi had connectivity issues, especially at night. the grounds needed some maintenance, especially the koi ponds.

noisy air conditioning limited options
i had problems with the room i was in. the air conditioning was very noisy. i found very limited choices for breakfast too. it really was not what i would call a four star place, it missed the mark for what i expect.
