A Disappointing Room Mix-Up
room unavailability dishonest tactic
The staff showed friendliness and the location was near the beach.
The hotel tried to give me a different room than the one i booked. I had booked a specific room type, but upon arrival, they claimed it was unavailable and tried to put me in a lower-quality room. This bait-and-switch tactic felt dishonest. It really impacted my stay.

Average Stay with Noticeable Issues
ineffective air conditioning loud music
The air conditioning was not effective in cooling the room sufficiently. The room temperature remained uncomfortably warm during the day and night. This made it difficult to sleep and relax. The noise from nearby establishments was also quite disruptive. Loud music played late into the night made sleeping difficult. I noticed several stains on the bed sheets. The overall cleanliness was below standard.

Absolutely Fantastic Stay!
effective air conditioning clean room great pool
The hotel location is superb, right at the lively strip. Daily room cleaning was great! Air conditioning worked perfectly, necessary in the scorching heat. The pool had abundant sunbeds. I always found an available one! Breakfast offered plenty of variety.
The Wi-Fi signal was occasionally weak in some areas of the hotel.

convenient location fresh choices guest comfort
i found the location quite convenient, a short distance to the beach. the breakfast offered many fresh choices. i liked the pool area, it always had plenty of available sunbeds. the daily laundered sunbed coverings were a nice addition, showing attention to guest comfort.
the furniture was old and the bed was not comfortable.

fresh omelets plenty sunbeds laundered sunbed coverings
The hotel's breakfast buffet included cooked-to-order omelets. The pool area provided plenty of sunbeds for all guests! I found the sunbed coverings freshly laundered each day. This was a simple, nice touch.
