the location was great i could easily reach key attractions from there the staff were cute and always ready to assist with any questions i had i reserved airport transport through the hotel and the payment was conveniently handled at the hotel desk
the room i stayed in felt smaller than the described size it was a minor issue but accurate room dimensions would be beneficial for future bookings

The cleanliness of the hotel impressed me greatly. Every area seemed well kept. ali and mehsoud from staff were helpful and friendly. breakfast was consistently perfect each morning. i found the location to be good and felt safe, despite it being somewhat hilly.
The air conditioning made a terrible noise at night. It was hard to sleep.

i found the front desk helpful, especially with directions. they went out of their way when my son needed assistance locating a taxi. their translation skills were invaluable. the hotel provided everything needed for a pleasant visit.
the uphill location presented a minor inconvenience. reaching the hotel might pose a small challenge with mobility issues.
