receptionist apology
I liked the hotel's central location. the staff was friendly and breakfast had many choices. it began early on saturday and involved drilling (it was quite loud). i complained but the receptionist only apologized. This wasn't ideal.

The entrance had many stairs. It was difficult with luggage. the tv screen stayed on all night, showing only the time. i found this light very distracting, and it really bothered me.

I loved the staff. They were genuinely helpful and friendly. they offered excellent recommendations for local restaurants, a total win! the room was very clean with really good amenities. the breakfast had a great variety. I especially liked trying local cheeses and fresh vegetables, it was fantastic!!!
the lack of free water in the room was a bit of a bummer, i had to buy it.

The room had everything i needed. It included a desk, a mini-fridge, and a spacious bathroom . cleaning services were very thorough daily, ensuring a fresh and comfortable environment after my outings. the bed was super comfy!!!
