underwhelming island stay
fresh fruitunkempt balcony gardenfirm mattress
the breakfast buffet offered a decent selection of fresh fruit, which i appreciated.
The furniture felt quite old, like something out of a bygone era. our balcony garden was unkempt, overrun with weeds, it was unsightly. the mattress was far too firm, i had trouble sleeping comfortably. the toiletries provided were of poor quality.

I enjoyed having lunch at the restaurant by the sea, the prawn cesar salad was gorgeous. Benjamin provided fantastic service. The location of the hotel allowed us to spend a few quiet days on the island using the swimming pool and grounds.

The bar closed earlier than the final ferry arrival from the mainland.
