the hotel had a clean environment. the spacious rooms include climate control and daily replenishment of water, coffee, and tea. i like the complimentary fruit stand. it was a good feature.

the wifi connection was sub par . i paid for additional data as the hotel wifi was unreliable.

The resort features a large main pool, a private beach, and a well-equipped fitness center. I liked the convenience of on-site dining options, offering varied cuisines and atmospheres. The staff was attentive and quickly addressed requests, EVERY time. Buggy service was readily available for transport around the hotel.

The elevators had recurring music loops which became repetitive.

Our superior room sea view had a spacious layout and included a separate seating area. There were modern amenities available such as a tv, a minibar, and complimentary Wi-Fi. The balcony provided unobstructed sea views, great for a relaxing experience.
