The location provided AMAZING access to several train and subway stations. I found vending machines on one floor. The hotel offered luggage storage, VERY convenient.
The lighting in my room was a little dim.

I found the location particularly good, near several stations. i appreciated its proximity to shops and restaurants. the staff were friendly and helpful (always a plus when you're travelling). breakfast had a nice variety. I especially liked the rice with minced pork.
the closest parking was far away (something to consider if you have a car).

i found the self-serve luggage storage in the lobby very convenient. the hotel provides added in-room amenities, such as an air purifier and humidifier. the location between tokyo station and kanda station is beneficial.
The staff were not very good at speaking english. Using translation apps was at times necessary.
