the staff helped me find parking! i had a large room at the front with a lovely bay window. the room included beverage making facilities with tea, coffee, chocolate and packs of biscuits.

The Double Room was spacious! with a lovely four poster bed that added a touch of romance. I found tea and coffee facilities ready. Wine glasses were a welcome addition. It made our evenings special.
The stairs were a bit of a climb, particularly with luggage.

The staff allowed a smooth check-in at the pub next door. This setup felt very personal. The door entry system worked perfectly! It was simple to use and gave us peace of mind.

convenient stay near the pier

i found the building had a nice decoration. i stayed in a double room that was comfortable with enough space. i checked in around 8pm at the pub next door where the reception was located. there were plenty of pubs, restaurants, and shops nearby and the sea was at the end of the street.
the flooring looked cheaply done to me. also i think the shower should have included a bathmat. the handle of the shower needed tightening too.

my double room had tea and coffee making facilities and extra bedding was provided. an ironing board was available for use in the room and a safe was provided for valuables. a fan kept the room cool .

the hotel benefits from a very central position with many kemptown bars and restaurants very close. the beach is also easily accessible being only a stone's throw from the hotel. i found the location convenient for exploring the area.
