convenient stay near the pier

nice decorationcomfortable roomcheap flooring
i found the building had a nice decoration. i stayed in a double room that was comfortable with enough space. i checked in around 8pm at the pub next door where the reception was located. there were plenty of pubs, restaurants, and shops nearby and the sea was at the end of the street.
the flooring looked cheaply done to me. also i think the shower should have included a bathmat. the handle of the shower needed tightening too.
Rooms
9/10
my double room had tea and coffee making facilities and extra bedding was provided. an ironing board was available for use in the room and a safe was provided for valuables. a fan kept the room cool .
Facilities
8/10
the hotel offers complimentary tea and coffee. i noticed there was an ironing board in the room. there is a safe for securing personal items. i appreciated the extra bedding provided.
Location
10/10
the hotel benefits from a very central position with many kemptown bars and restaurants very close. the beach is also easily accessible being only a stone's throw from the hotel. i found the location convenient for exploring the area.
