Fantastic Riverside Stay!

I found the location to be excellent, especially since I was there for a rowing weekend. I could actually see the boat house from the pub. The staff were fabulous. They couldn't do enough to help me . I was very grateful to the landlord for sending back my iPad that I had forgotten. Thank you, Bob!!!

The absence of tea and coffee facilities in the room was a bit inconvenient. I would have appreciated at least a glass for water.

The room I stayed in was lovely and clean. The bed proved very comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. Everything needed for a relaxing stay was present and functional.

I found the hotel's location to be perfect. It faces directly onto the river. Access into the town centre was easy via the canal path. The position provides great views of the river.

The food was AMAZING!!! It also represented good value for the money I paid. The bar area had a warm open fire. I really enjoyed the friendly vibe.
