Mixed Experience at Riverside Inn
musty odorbroken fan
The room was generally clean. I noticed a musty odor in the bathroom. The bathroom lacked a window. Its fan was also broken. The noise from the pub carried into the room late into the evening. This disturbed my sleep.

the room was spacious and clean. i appreciated the comfortable bed and slept well. breakfast was tasty , with good quality food.
the pub was noisy. live music played until midnight. the bathroom had no window and the fan was broken , so it smelled musty.

the room was spacious. it had extra touches like good coffee and toiletries, the bed was comfortable. i appreciated that everything was clean.

my room was perfect! i felt very comfortable. it had a great mixture of locals and travelers. i loved being away from the city and close to what i wanted to see, awesome. as a solo traveler it was great to connect with the friendly staff! yay!

this place is ideally located for avebury. they kindly let me raid the walnut tree for green walnuts, i loved that. i could safely lock my bike there!

The bed was too soft. It was also squeaky. I could hear noise from the neighboring room because the walls are quite thin.

a decent stay overall

i found my room clean and spacious. the oak beams in the new building added character. the location by the canal was scenic.
the breakfast wasn't great, i thought. the noise from the pub at night disturbed me. the walls are thin and i could hear my neighbours.
