i loved the sea view from the large bay window in my first-floor room. the room was very clean and well-appointed, including a fridge stocked with bottled water. the breakfast was delicious, with a choice of options.
the entrance hall had a slightly old-fashioned feel.

the breakfast was cooked perfectly with plenty of choice , and it was full of flavour. the room was super clean. the owner went out of his way to make it perfect for our anniversary with a free hand made gift.
the entrance hall felt very old fashioned , and there wasn't really a reception area. i was surprised to be asked to pay in full before i had even seen the room. the carpets in the dining room and hall , stairs and landing seemed tired and dated.

The room showed significant wear, especially in the bathroom. The shower head sprayed water at odd angles. noise isolation was poor. I overheard conversations from adjacent rooms and hallway traffic frequently disturbed me.

The king room sea view was excellent. it included binoculars. I found this a nice touch. the bed was indeed comfortable, and the decor was lovely. the breakfast was 10/10, one of the best breakfasts i have had, prepared by a very talented chef.
i noted a very small mark on the bathroom mirror, it was barely noticeable though.

the building is set back from the main road, near the sea. nearby on the street, i found convenient parking options , so parking wasn't a concern.

the host, nathan, was very cute and helpful. he was always available to answer questions, and i felt well looked after. he were pretty good too ensure i had a relaxing stay.
