large rooms friendly staff breakfast variety no luggage assistance confusing switches carpet dragging
the rooms are large and elegant. the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the hotel. breakfast had a great deal of variety (i especially liked the pastries).
nobody offered to help with my luggage upon arrival. i had to drag my bags across the carpet. the light switches were not at all intuitive to use.

Really good Stay with Great Amenities
spacious room harbor view
the room was spacious and provided all necessary facilities. the bathroom included a bath separate from the shower. wonderful toiletries. the infinity pool offered fantastic harbor views and heating during the winter months. i loved the dining options and cocktails at red sugar which allowed me to admire the view.
service on my last night was poor and rigid. i was not told red sugar had a private event. i ate in the lobby bar and my main course arrived before my wife's, hers arrived 20 minutes later.

the hotel is near the whampoa mtr station. there is also a ferry service at the base of the hotel. this ferry goes to north point, also another goes to central, giving easy access to various locations.

the staff was gracious, helpful, professional, and warm. they arranged a crib and baby items. kirin helped make my check-in easy and seamless. everyone provided heartfelt chinese new year greetings, from check-in to thoughtful blessings.

the breakfast buffet offers varied options. there were chinese, japanese, and indian cuisines available. western options were present in smaller quantities. afternoon tea included dainty open sandwiches, miniature cakes, and scones that are freshly prepared.

super comfortable really good breakfast cold staff terrible soundproofing
the room was super comfortable and clean. breakfast was fantastic!!
Check-in was a letdown. Front desk staff were cold and slow. the room looked modern enough, but the soundproofing was terrible.

Victoria Harbour View Wonder

The room offered a nice view of Victoria Harbour! The windows were very large. I could use a ferry at the base of the hotel to go to North Point and Central. I walked to Whampoa MTR in minutes. I also tried their shuttle service, convenient.
I noticed that check-in took a while because there were only two counters open during peak hours.

The staff greeted me with warm hospitality and really good service. The attention to detail from the staff created a special stay.

The infinity pool had harbor views and was heated. I saw a steam room and whirlpool for muscle aches. Breakfast offered many international dishes in a bright setting. I enjoyed a relaxing experience.

efficient service necessary amenities good view slow check-in crowded elevators
I appreciated the efficient service throughout my stay. The staff addressed all requests promptly and with great attention. My room had a good view of the surrounding area and included all necessary amenities.
The check-in process was slow , and I had to wait longer than expected. The elevators were often crowded , causing some delays.
