This hotel is super close to the airport, with a free shuttle that runs constantly! The room was huge, a definite plus after a long flight! I was thrilled with the breakfast buffet. It seriously had every kind of food imaginable.
The check-in line was rather long and slow, it took longer than expected.

The complimentary shuttle buses to the airport are reliable and frequent, running every 30 minutes! The front desk staff offered quick service, they promptly addressed all requests and were polite and courteous.

the airport shuttle was a perfect convenience. the breakfast room service was yummy! i found the room very clean and the beds so comfortable. after checkout, i could keep my bags while sightseeing, lovely.
the air ventilation system felt insufficient. i wished for more fresh air. locked windows made it difficult to enjoy the outside breeze.

the room provided two separate sinks ensuring plenty of space. a rainfall shower created a gentle spa experience. blackout curtains helped me sleep soundly. the room featured soft lighting for a tender atmosphere, and a spacious work desk.

The free shuttle service to the airport was convenient. The Cantonese restaurant served excellent food. The room provided complimentary bottled water. I appreciated this touch.
Check-in took longer than expected. An employee knocked and opened my door at 10 PM, even with the 'do not disturb' sign displayed (this was concerning). The breakfast staff seemed disorganized, and some had limited English.
