pleasant staff clean rooms central location poor breakfast slow station insufficient machine
The staff was pleasant and efficient. The rooms were clean. Housekeeping serviced them regularly. I very much enjoyed my stay. The location is central to many restaurants and shopping.
The breakfast quality declined. The buffet was the same every day. The egg station was slow. One coffee machine was insufficient. Attention to detail isn't there anymore.

the breakfast buffet included a great selection of foods. the gym contained three treadmills. but the equipment was modern. the spa services were detailed and relaxing.
the hotel room felt slightly dated.

convenient location amazing views helpful service
the location was convenient! close to the avenue of stars and various dining options. the elevator offered amazing views during transit. staff provided helpful service, especially at the club lounge.

the hotel is super close to the mtr, buses, taxi rank, and star ferry terminal, so it's easy to get around. many places exist to eat and visit, like the avenue of stars and shopping malls.

i enjoyed the breakfast buffet with local and western dishes. the greenery buffet offers good food quality and services. the newly added noodle soup for the breakfast buffet was a great addition.

the staff were able to speak many languages, including english, mandarin, cantonese, and japanese. the duty manager, vincent lee, was courteous and patient. becky at the breakfast reception greeted us with a warm smile!

the hotel atrium is beautiful with excellent christmas stars. the outdoor pool features heated water and a nice garden. the room included all necessary items and was very clean.
