The room met my basic needs. It had air conditioning that worked.
I had major issues. The quality of drinks was poor. even with the 'gold' bracelet, the local alcohol was pushed, almost as if they were trying to pull a fast one. what's worse, staff didn't seem to care when i pointed this out and the excursions discount didn't exist. i found this hotel quite disappointing overall

the family room was big and clean. i saw that housekeeping changed the towels daily, a nice detail. scott and simona worked in animation and they kept both me and the kids busy, really good.
the air conditioning in public areas did not seem very strong.

the food choices were plentiful and varied. chef nikolas did a great job! spiros waited on us every evening, we had everything needed. lily in the children's clubs got my children fully involved.

amazing pizzawarm welcomeextra paymentearly closure
the pizza chef worked tirelessly.. i saw four restaurants available, ensuring food choices for everyone. spiros made sure we enjoyed our food and gave us a warm welcome.
i noticed the all-inclusive didn't cover many things, so you had to pay extra. everything closed at 11pm, so there were no places to relax, play cards, or have a drink in the evening.
