I found some aspects disappointing. The shower had a VERY weak water pressure. I thought the minibar prices were HIGH. These things affected my overall experience, but not significantly.

The check-in process was not smooth. The staff seemed undertrained, and I had to wait longer than expected. the lack of sound insulation in the shower was a real problem it allowed noise to travel freely into the bedroom.
