An Okay Stay, Nothing Special
stained carpetnoise problem
Honestly, the room was underwhelming. There were stains on the carpet. I could also hear everything from the pub below. It went on late. Clearly, soundproofing wasn't a priority.

the staff were nice and they seemed to try hard to keep things running smoothly .
my room seemed like it hadn't been properly aired out i noticed a musty smell throughout my visit it wasn't overpowering but it was definitely present i also found some stains on the carpets , made me question the overall cleanliness of the space.

i arrived late but was greeted with a friendly welcome i was assured check-in would be smooth despite the hour my room was clean and the location proved perfect for my event at gunnersbury park the staff were friendly throughout my stay. the pub downstairs had a good bar and food service the staff. the train station was a short walk away.

the staff offered a very warm welcome making me feel right at home and very comfortable they were very accommodating and helpful throughout my stay ensuring i had everything i needed the entire time.

location, location, location.. but a bit rough around the edges
loud musicstained towels
Well, the noise from the pub downstairs was louder than i anticipated. it went on until late. Definitely past my bedtime! also, i found some questionable stains on the towels,, let's say, not the most inviting start to the stay. i did wonder what caused them.

the staff were super cute and helpful. the rooms are large and well decorated! bathrooms were clean. the showers are spacious, so the water pressure and temperature is super!!! there were tea and coffee facilities in the room too. the tv has great channels.
the room faced the beer garden. the noise went on after 11pm so sleep was impossible.

the venue had off-road parking opposite the building, convenient. also, the train station is a very short walk away with regular trains to london waterloo. it is a short trip into the city.

the manager was friendly upon arrival. he was also flexible in allowing us an early check in. he helped me with directions and gave restaurant recommendations. staff responded quickly to all requests.

My room was quite small. This concerned me. The noise from the pub downstairs was excessive. I found it difficult to sleep before the pub closed each night. there WAS no lift available.
