The apartment was close to the tube station and also close to shops. staff were helpful and the apartment was very clean. It had everything we needed. the bed was between two wardrobes, so it lacked side tables but that was ok. we found a washer and dryer, microwave, oven, big fridge, and dishwasher. We would definitely recommend these apartments.
upon arriving, we were assigned to an updated flat. however, the elevator noise was a big issue. also, access to stairs made it difficult with luggage and difficult to escape in case of fire.

the building had an elevator for easy access to higher floors, though it only went up to the fifth floor at one point. i noticed laundry facilities were available, with both a washer and a dryer in the apartment, very convenient for longer stays.

our two bedroom apartment featured updated furnishings and air conditioning. the kitchen was well equipped with a microwave, oven, big fridge, and dishwasher. i observed that the daily housekeeping service kept the apartment clean and tidy .

the location was excellent for exploring. earl's court tube station was a short walk. this made it simple to navigate the city. there was also a nearby m&s where i secured a few food items for my stay.
communication was unclear at times. i received an email stating my reservation would be canceled if i did not submit information already submitted. this was quickly resolved. the shower had very weak pressure perhaps because i was on the top floor.

The apartment had new furnishings. Air conditioning ensured my comfort throughout my stay. The location offered convenient access to the tube station and nearby supermarkets. I found several excellent restaurants within a short walk.
The hot water pressure in the shower was a bit low some mornings.
