The location was wonderful, nearly on the best part of the beach. Proximity to restaurants and Samui Central was a plus. The staff was very pleasant. Massage services was good. The atmosphere felt clean and calm.
Upon arrival, I noted the absence of a proper greeting that one often receives in Thailand. The room, while equipped with a mosquito net, felt small. The garden area was acceptable, though it did not stood out. Music from Duke Pub are quite audible.

The breakfast had fresh juice, fruits, vegetables, pastries, and breads. i found a massage place on the beach offering affordable massages. The beach was kept clean. i noticed well-kept gardens. The central location was quiet. beachfront was meticulously cared for, and the staff acted friendly.

the beautiful bungalows have great standard, closer to the beach and restaurant. they are farther from the main road. the room had a really nice a/c, just a few yards to the beach.

this resort has perfect location directly on the best part of the beach. it offers easy access to restaurants and nightlife. the hotel provides great beach facilities, like sunbeds, and has calm atmosphere.

The staff members were friendly and very helpful. They spoke good english, i think. they assisted with motorbike rentals and smooth check-in and check-out processes. self-laundry machines were available, convenient.

the location is amazing. the hotel has direct access to the beach, it was just steps away from my bungalow. the meticulously maintained hotel created a very relaxing atmosphere. i also found the staff helpful and friendly throughout my stay.
the music from the bar across the road was loud at night. the room vibrated until midnight. it was difficult when i wanted to sleep early.
