A Romantic Getaway

The staff demonstrated true kindness. They provided local tips. The breakfast each morning included fresh fruit and warm pastries. My room offered a view of the surrounding gardens and included daily cleaning services. i particularly enjoyed how close i was to public transport.
The bedroom i stayed in was really small.

The location provided convenient access to various city attractions. A short bus ride took you directly into the city center. Nearby, i noticed both Sainsbury's and Aldi. This made it very easy to pick up any essentials.

The hotel had lovely decor, and it gave a unique victorian feel! Breakfast included yogurts, muesli, pancakes, and sandwiches. There was great variety! One could also request cooked items, like fried eggs and sausages.

The host was super friendly and gave recommendations for pubs and restaurants nearby? The staff showed a willingness to accommodate early breakfast requests with early tours. The owner also has a friendly dog that politely greeted guests.

the room was very clean when i arrived. they provided shampoo, body wash, and conditioner.
the wifi was not working at all , despite assurances it would be fixed. check-in was confusing as i had to figure things out myself. there was also no hot water in the sink to wash my hands.

The room was clean. I found toothbrush, shampoo, body wash, and conditioner provided, a rare treat in many hotels! I was charmed by the local Scottish drinks and snacks offered. I got to try several new things.
The breakfast area was a bit small. I noticed that we had to take turns finding a spot. It was a bit crowded. This situation made it a bit difficult to get comfortable and enjoy my breakfast fully.

the room smelled strongly of cigarettes, specifically room 3. the shower and toilet cubicle felt small, offering very little privacy. there was also no hot water available at the sink.
