i found the hotel had a beautiful garden. it offered a quiet space to relax after a busy day. the underground station was also very close.. it made getting around easy. the staff were attentive and helpful.
the room felt quite small. it made moving around with luggage difficult. the breakfast service seemed disorganized. there was some confusion regarding orders and menu items. also, i noticed the room's windows were not soundproof.

I adored how immaculate everything was. we appreciated the beautiful garden, it was a perfect spot for intimate moments, enjoying a peaceful glass of wine! the location offered a quiet retreat near earl's court tube station. The convenience added to our carefree exploration.
The breakfast service felt chaotic at times, with disorganized procedures. i found the constant checking on orders disruptive. A clearer system would certainly enhance the overall dining experience and make it a bit more romantic.

The staff were very professional! Food was amazing. The hotel decor has a beauty. I certainly come back soon! I liked the cocktail voucher given. The garden also has games. It is so unusual!
The service asked for a pretty high service charge when I checked out.
