solid stay on the island
clean room nearby beach helpful staff comfortable room
i enjoyed the hotel is location. i was near bars and restaurants. a good beach was nearby. my room was clean and it had a comfortable feel.
the rooms descriptions were not clear.

the reception was helpful to book our ferry. also they booked an amazing diving trip. they were friendly and calm and efficient, and always ready to help me out with a smile.

the swimming pool is fantastic and clean. it had a view on a small beach. a shuttle service to the pier was provided free. there was also free water left at the door.

breakfast offered a great choice of food from 7:30 to 12:00. it included thai food. it was very tasty, and i used it twice as lunch. i think a coffee machine could be good.

water access snorkeling activity provided umbrellas
the room had a great view of the water and the pier. access to water activities and snorkeling were just outside. umbrellas were provided which i needed during rain showers.
The entrance lacked cleanliness and had an unpleasant odor. the bathroom was quite small.

The staff was very attentive, making you feel at home.
Bathrooms are poor. Cleaners used loud walky talkies at 8am and it was frankly ridiculous.

charming seaside retreat
comfortable bed delicious food great location spacious room
The room was spacious with air conditioning and a fan. the bed was quite comfortable. delicious food was on offer at the seaside restaurant attached to the hotel. all staff and housekeeping were nonstop. i loved that the location was great. It was between two beaches.
My bathroom tap was a little short. I struggled washing my hands.

breakfast included a buffet with eggs, omelets, a salad bar, spring rolls, sandwiches, and sausages. fresh fruit was available. there were more substantial breakfast choices available. coffee was also available.

the location is ideal, quiet, and peaceful. the hotel is only five minutes from a lively street with many cafes. there is a lovely beach with fine white sand to the right of the hotel. various sunbeds are provided.
