Mediocre stay. Some issues with the room and service
faulty a c unhelpful staff
I experienced a few issues . The air conditioning did not work. I also found the staff to be less than helpful. They seemed uninterested in resolving the a/c problem. it impacted my stay negatively.

surprised by this stay
twin beds cute lobby cool premises
the room included two twin beds, firm and cushy. the lobby felt very cute. i saw the pool area overlooking the water (it looked divine). i found the premises clean, comfortable and cool.
i noticed the qr codes for the bar menus. they did not function on the hotel wifi (a pity).

i thought the staff very friendly. i noticed they all speak very good english. they were very helpful (especially with directions). i especially appreciated how prompt they were.

faulty ac basic motel
The breakfast had a great variety. It was pretty standard though.
The ac was not working properly, the room temperature barely dropped, the thermostat switched off after 15 minutes. I had to wave my arms around like a fool all night just to keep cool. this felt more like a cheap motel than anything fancy. i doubt i'll be back
