Acceptable Stay, Definite Room for Improvement

The pool water temperature was a concern. I found it too cold for comfortable swimming, this limited my enjoyment. The restaurant on-site, presented issues during evening hours. Service was slow, and I observed disorganization among the staff. Tables were not cleaned promptly. Food preparation seemed inconsistent.

The sunbeds need regular cleaning. They weren't always placed where guests could use them easily. the swimming pools WERE freezing. They were too cold for swimming. the food and beverage service was a let down in the evenings, it was disorganized with dirty tables and slow service.

The studio terrace was spacious and well decorated with modern furniture. i found the grounds, gardens, and pool areas very well maintained. security was visible and provided a sense of safety. The staff seemed helpful and friendly throughout my stay.
i noticed a few sunbeds needed cleaning regularly.
