Really good Luxury Experience

The Beautiful Seaview room I booked was indeed lovely, with fresh flowers arranged by housekeeping before my arrival. So thoughtful. My ground floor location provided a beautiful view of the beach and sea, a fantastic plus. The room service was great, delivering a hot breakfast right to my room. Excellent! I appreciated the feeling of being in my own home, unlike a typical hotel.
I noticed a small crack in the bathroom mirror, a minor imperfection in an otherwise flawless experience.

The staff was very attentive, always greeting me with a genuine smile and asking how I was doing. Room service was prompt and efficient, delivering hot meals exactly as ordered. The housekeeping staff ensured the room was super clean each day, paying attention to every detail.

The location offered direct beach access, great for morning walks. The pool was clean, and there were always enough loungers available. Super! The spa provided relaxing massages in a serene atmosphere. The gym had modern equipment and was well-kept.

The breakfast selection was extensive and fresh, with many options. I particularly enjoyed the Thai restaurant. The food was AMAZING!!! The prices were reasonable for the quality and portions served. The Cane bar offered a nice selection of drinks.

The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable bedding. I appreciated having a balcony with a sea view. Good. The bathroom included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. The room had a mini-fridge stocked with refreshments.

the staff was friendly. i enjoyed the thai restaurant, but it could be better. the room was nice and clean, nothing special.
the roomservice was slow. they take long before they come and assist you. after they served food they don't come back to clear it.
