exposed wiresuncomfortable bed
The room was basic. i found a plug socket hanging loosely from the wall with exposed wires, quite dangerous! the shower temperature kept fluctuating every minute, going from normal to scalding hot. It was really annoying. also the bed wasn't that comfortable, and the noise from other rooms was ridiculous. i could hear every word my neighbors said, so sleep was difficult if they were noisy at night.

The staff are amazing and always ready to help, . The gardens are beautiful and very well maintained. It was nice they had local crafts people visit the hotel each day. I bought some unique souvenirs to take home.
The bathroom grout needed some attention.

The staff would go out of their way to ensure guests had everything they wanted, that was a great gesture. Restaurant staff were attentive, constantly checking if everything was okay and offered drinks. The hotel provided excellent service!

The staff offered prompt service always! The food was fresh and varied every day. I especially appreciated that our room had a kettle and mini fridge. The nightly entertainment was a treat and included traditional drummers as well as dancers.
The bathroom grout needed cleaning.
