My room was good, especially the heating. Staff in the restaurant were friendly and helpful. I found the service to be excellent.
The driving range is for members only. Guests cannot use it, which I think is pathetic. The lodges are also looking shabby.

The breakfast had really nice items all cooked well. the staff members were very cute and always happy to help, i noticed. parking was convenient. It was right outside my room, which helped a lot.
The hot tub didn't get hot until much later. I got a welcome message with that information, but it was still quite late when i could finally use it.

the room was clean and had a mini fridge stocked with water. breakfast in the pub was tasty (i especially enjoyed the full english). the location within the golf course felt peaceful. staff was cute and ready to assist with requests.
