thermostat pin code uncomfortable bed
the room lacked proper temperature control, i found. the thermostat required a pin code i was not given, so i could not adjust it myself. the temperature stayed at 19°c. this made the room rather cold. the bed also wasnt very comfortable. i could feel many of the springs.

temperature control locked thermostat
the room was quiet.
there were issues with temperature control. i was unable to adjust the room thermostat because it required a pin code i did not receive. the thermostat was locked at 19°c. this left the room cold at night.. despite radiators being on.

The room included proper hangers and USB ports on the sockets. There was a nice selection of toiletries provided, and umbrellas were available at the door.

the location allowed easy access to nearby attractions. the room decor had a nice touch. the staff were polite during check-in.
the bed was not very comfortable (i could feel the springs). traffic noise was noticeable in my room. i had difficulty getting hot water in the morning.

the staff were very friendly and helpful . my room had convenient extras, including sewing kits and cotton buds. the food in the pub was delicious and reasonably priced. i found the bed very comfortable.
i noticed some roadworks nearby.
