many steps impractical sink
The staff was very helpful. I arrived too early to check in but could leave my luggage safely in reception.
I found many steps were needed to get to the rooms with a view. This could be a problem for some guests. I also felt the room needed a shelf in the bathroom. Instead, there was a huge 'arty' sink. It was not practical at all.

An adequate stay
bus stop spacious bathroom helpful staff poor soundproofing soft mattress inconsistent service
The hotel offered a bus stop right outside. This made getting around VERY easy. They welcomed me with complimentary drinks upon my arrival. The staff was quite helpful, and the rooms were spacious, especially the bathroom.
The soundproofing was poor. I could hear showers in other rooms. The mattress was too soft for me. This is a matter of preference, of course. I found the reception service inconsistent, too.
