the location was acceptable as it was near the hagia sophia.
i found a crack in the window toward the balcony in my room. the staff did not replace a broken light bulb i reported on the first day. it was not addressed during my entire six-day stay.

the staff were very kind and helpful. breakfast was pretty good for the price. we enjoyed breakfast as a family. the location is excellent and very close to many attractions.
the shower screen is unsafe, i think. the safety glass smashed in the first room we were allocated. the door handle to the balcony also broke.
