The hotel is near many restaurants. The tram is also less than 20 minutes away on foot.. I was happy to find a hairdryer in my room. The hotel staff helped me carry my luggage up and down the stairs.

I stayed five nights. My room had a shower and toilet inside it. The hotel has a very central location and you can walk everywhere. The hotel owner treated me very kindly. The reception staffs were also always helpful.
My room had no shelves. The water also did not drain well in the bathroom. The floor was not very clean.

The staff was helpful. They assisted with luggage even though there isn't a lift.
the soundproofing was nonexistent (i could hear everything from the street, including people yelling at all hours). the tap water was often scalding hot no matter which way i turned it. it was impossible to get a cold drink.

The staff was helpful. They always answered questions. The room was cleaned daily. I found it a very positive aspect. The location is great. I could easily walk to many attractions. Many restaurants and shops are nearby. I got good value. The hotel offered a quiet place after exploring the city. My room had an en-suite. A convenience shop was very close.
I wish there were more shelves in the room. Curtains and lamps would be helpful additions. The bathroom drain was slow. This caused water to pool easily. A deeper cleaning would improve the overall experience.

The room i booked was supposedly soundproof. this claim was so far from the truth. i could hear every single noise. People talking, doors slamming, and all the street sounds! the noise made it hard to sleep. also, the free toiletries were not really free. i only got a small bottle of shampoo and some liquid soap by the sink.
