Location is fine. Issues need addressing

the location is good it is very close to the metro station
the room had a strange smell like it had not been aired for a while the shower also smelled moldy when i used it i found this very unpleasant the room was also quite dark even with the lights on

The room was a good size and the hotel location is convenient. check-in was quick and the staff were all very cooperative. they securely stored our luggage until we returned. This was very helpful for traveling light. i felt safe and secure .
The bathtub in the bathroom seemed a little old. It would be nice if it was updated.

the hotel is a short walk from the metro station and taksim square, providing easy access to transportation. there are many restaurants and shops near the hotel, so it is easy to find necessities. a spa and a pharmacy are also close by.

the check-in staff spoke english well, ensuring a smooth arrival process. the reception team was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any inquiries. supervisors in the dining hall also spoke good english, awesome for clear communication.

The rooms were clean and quiet, offering a quiet setting. the rooms have a good size. This makes moving around easy. i had a comfortable stay in my room, and everything worked as it should.
