Absolutely Amazing Stay!
beautiful hotel rice field royal feeling really good service
I loved the beautiful hotel and nearby rice fields! The room felt so royal. Most of all. Leo gave a kind, warm, and informative tour around the rice fields. All staff were attentive and focused on delivering really good service. I reminded me of a queen.
I noticed a few mosquitos due to the rice fields, so packing some repellent is a good idea. Nothing major.

My villa included a private pool, a comfortable bed, and a large bath. It was air-conditioned, ensuring complete comfort. The rooms were cleaned daily, with housekeeping visiting twice each day. I also had great views.

Breakfast had loads of food. It offered a wide choice on the menu for lunch and dinner. Each meal tasted fresh. The restaurant also had a varied menu. I really liked the quality of the breakfast, restaurant, and bar.

The location is convenient. It does not take too long to get a car. I found the hotel to be a short drive from the center. I was happy it was close to everything with a bike, only 15 minutes from the center.

i booked a villa room. It had its own pool. I walked down towards the room. The flowers attracted butterflies. They seemed to show the way to paradise. The food was good. The staff are numerous. They are smiling. I enjoyed the rooftop yoga in the mornings. It's adjacent to a little gym.

the staff were friendly and helpful. the indonesian food at the restaurant was amazing it surpassed the western style options. i enjoyed the complimentary yoga overlooking the rice fields.
i found mosquitos present at the hotel due to the proximity of the rice fields. there were many mosquitos in the general area

the staff was super friendly and helpful, i swear! breakfast seemed like a michelin star restaurant. there were so many options and all was delicious. the room get prepared twice a day, i especially like how they prepare it for sleep.
pool water was too cold to enjoy, such a bummer. the sun beds was very used and dirty, ew. seriously uncomfy.

The staff was very nice. They helped with everything i needed! our suite paddy view benefit room was spacious. the hotel gardens feel like a tropical paradise! the breakfast was filling and delicious.
The wi-fi was slow. That was a bit annoying!

The staff demonstrated respect to guests and each other. i especially valued the excellent service provided by yunarta and leo. the presidential suite was amazing. all staff members offered excellent service, including the breakfast team. I unfortunately cannot recall specific names.

i found the staff helpful and warm, always ready to assist with anything i needed. the daily yoga classes were a fantastic start to the day, and i found the morning walks through the rice fields very peaceful. the spa treatments left me utterly relaxed.
i wish the hotel had addressed this better with guests.
