helpful staff clean room rooftop bar sound proofing breakfast variety window absence
The staff was helpful and nice. My room was always clean. The rooftop bar was superb.. I enjoyed the live band on the weekend.
The room lacked sound proofing. I could hear noises from other rooms. The breakfast had little variety. The room didn't really have a window.

dirty room stained sheets
the location was acceptable with easy access to transport options and nearby shopping malls.
my room was not sufficiently clean I found hair from previous guests still present on the floor the sheets also had visible stains
