fantastic locationlovely hotel
The location was fantastic for exploring. the hotel itself was lovely inside. I found everything i needed easily.

I loved how close the hotel was to everything! grand place was just a short walk, and so many restaurants were nearby. the staff always made sure i had water in my room, that's a nice touch. getting upgraded to a triple room was awesome, even though it was just me. The extra space. it's good value for money!
i did notice a slight curry smell in the corridors sometimes, but it wasn't too bad.

The hotel is in the heart of everything! key monuments are nearby and so many bars and restaurants surround the building. It is very convenient. i loved it. getting around was super easy.

the front desk is staffed 24 hours, perfect for late arrivals or early departures. i felt very secure! the coffee machine in my room was a nice touch, i made coffee every morning.

there is an indian restaurant in the hotel, i saw they had lots of options. multiple great dining options are located on the same block as the hotel, perfect for exploring food.

the staff was really friendly and helpful with room service. they made sure i always had water. i really appreciated that! they also let me leave my backpack at reception.

My triple room was very big with a large bed. i even had two little balconies i could walk onto! my room was air-conditioned. This kept me perfectly cool and comfortable.

carpet stainfluctuating shower
the room felt somewhat dated, i must say. there was a noticeable stain on the carpet, SUCH a good first impression. the mini fridge rattled intermittently, and it kept me up during the night. also, the shower pressure fluctuated wildly, turning my morning shower into a weird experience.

The staff were friendly. The hotel provided free coffee cups for refills daily. The location is central, offering quick access to many restaurants (I tried a few).
My room seemed dated. The bathroom mirror was broken, and I didn't find another mirror outside the bathroom (I usually do my makeup outside).
