lucy welcomed me warmly at reception. the breakfast included ample food options. my room was clean and came well-supplied with essentials such as extra chairs. the hotel offered flexible options for to-go food when requested i really liked it.

i found a few cobwebs behind the curtains also the toilet seat could benefit from a soft-close mechanism i spotted it.

The reception staff offered free help! I appreciated the modern and bright foyer. My kids enjoyed the ability to watch YouTube on the TV in our well-equipped room. I also found free parking very convenient.

The room felt cold and the heater was not functioning properly, a bit uncomfortable.
